yes. im not sure why, and im not gonna jinx it by asking, but all logic says some or other mod realized that a permanent ban wasnt warranted (whatsoever)
the procedure is usually
1 day, then
1 week, then
permanent.
w me, i was directly permbanned. and some time later, i was fb'd that some mod had announced for anybody to let me know i was no longer banned

That forum needs a better mod though , they sound beyond incompetent. 
for the time being, its a dictatorship w "lydia" as the only active mod. the other moderators are too lazy to bother, and trusts her judgement blindly, and defends her blindly, cus theyre buddies, and too lazy to background check quarrels.
a previous moderator was demodded for doing well-meaning, but rash decisions.
she has been active in conspiracies to harass members, trolling, the protection of trolls (which was why i was banned), and is still there. she _actually_ "plays dictator", and very few forumers know this, cus theyre dumbasses, but in chat she and good old "caligula" plotted a lot, playing with psychology and manipulation. she is basically having a blast pretending to be mussolini in her own little republic, knowing perfectly well nobody can do shit about it.
ah well.. at least i can know with myself that im better than that
