I'm sure it's short lived. The only other time it was ever that high, was right after all the impeachment stuff. Now it's probably because he just doled out money. He could have funneled all that cash into the state's unemployment programs to more substantially help the people who are actually in need of assistance, but no, so right now he's just popular for acting like Oprah.
