I've been really thirsty today, must have been somewhat dehydrated after the rather hefty rum sesh yesterday and last night and the fact my adrenolytic meds wore off, and left me sweating bullets.

Ended up buying four large bottles of coke, a bag full of cans of 'KA' black grape soda, a real favourite of mine, and two crates of beer, a sixpack of Becks and a four pack of Peroni, an italian lager I really like, all stuffed in the fridge, and being guzzled like theres no tomorrow right now.

You should, at bare minimum, drink at least a half gallon of water every day.

Beer, coke and black grape soda are mostly water, that counts in my book.

Nowt like a frosty bottle of beer on a roasting hot summer day or night. About to crack another bottle of Becks right now actually, while I enjoy a cigar.

I made orange and mango Sodastream last night. Cold and tasty now.

I'm making it a habit of drinking some water each time I go to the bathroom.  Still a habit in progress.
