Apparently, everything below 5 grams (0,1 ounce, damn, I didn't know D:) is considered "user-ammount" as opposed to "dealer-ammount" (this is indeed ridiculous, dealers typically carry 2-5 counces), and should be given a "minimal" fine
I have been fined about 1000 krones per gram, every time I was busted, regardless, typically resulting in a fine of 5000 krones (about 600 bucks) This ammount is more than the fine you get for punching a random person in the face.
There is also a written statement in the same law, that repeat offenders should be given clemency, due to their habit and likelyhood to offend again (considering it is not a very serious crime), but I never saw any of that either, then again, I wasn't cought that often. Maybe 3 or 4 times in all. But dealers I know, when busted, they go away. So, no clemency there either
I wonder what a useless schmuck you'd have to be, to get arrested SO OFTEN, that you finally recieve that clemency :'D
