My mom is the crazy neighbor and the neighbors upstairs moved out because of her... see my thread in the problems section for details... [/shameless]

I also had an upstairs neighbor who would always, or at least often, move the furniture around at about 11:00 at night. Always at 11 at night. Never in the daytime.
