It's tough at first. I had Hell, giving up cigarettes, even though I still smoked cigars and a pipe, sometimes. The bad part is that it will get harder, before it's over. Just quit again, right away. Make it important, to you.

I only have one resolution. I need to continue to lose weight. I got a little porky, from depression and just plain old bad habits, when I was forced to retire early. All the stuff, like trying to be a better husband and father are daily resolutions that need more than a token effort. Obviously, I do not do well on them every single day, but I keep trying.
