Yes, sure. They call from India, Mexico, or even Norway.

Today I had one telling me to shut up after only one sentence from my side.
Played the dumb woman, struggling with English, thinking she was talking about glass windows.

This thread is for replies if you get called by them, or other unknown people wanting you to buy something, or do something for them.

Apparently I hit a nerve with that girl who called me. She keeps calling me and then throws on the phone, or says my name a few times, before severing the connection.

That's what stops me from annoying them.  I simply answer "Hello" as if I was an answering machine.  Then I keep silent.  That's if I answer at all.
