It's still not *a problem* for someone to fuck a 17 year old, who incidentally is dressed as a cat, and offering himself on Craigslist. Maybe a problem for his parents, but I'm guessing that particular problem would be the same when he is 18, 19 and 20 as well.

Compare to the middle east, where it is illegal to date, period.
