I told him how. He found it upsetting, as in, he could never do that. He mentioned having been an admin at a forum himself, understanding the hardship they go through.

And just so I'm clear, if they want to keep that momentum - and stay - then that is their challenge. They should be free to try, but are they expecting congratulations and medals? :D They should know what they are trying to do.
