  • I'm not wearing pants.
I don't let strangers in my house because they might have ebola.  :zoinks:

I don't let strangers in my house.

That too.  :zoinks:

I don't let strangers in my house.

But you can give them your guns to help combat the spread of ebola.  :zoinks:

Perhaps this well-reasoned argument will finally convince me that guns are inherently evil. :autism:

Ebola guns are truly evil. Surrender to search and seizure or risk the infection.  :zoinks:

I surrender! Don't infect me! :GA:

My wife's wallet was stolen once and the police came over the house to take the report while inside they noticed some antique lab glassware I had in a china cabinet after that the stolen wallet seamed secondary it was all about the lab glassware and it felt like I was the one being investigated,  I can't imagine what they would think if they did a full walk through :zombiefuck:   Since then I have stressed to my wife and kids they are not allowed inside that goes for any sort of government type letting them in is just asking for trouble.

WTF?

It's like a police state. Next thing you'll end up in Guantanamo. :o

You're just lucky the hazmat suit and the civil defense barrels where in another room. :heisenberg:

Seriously, we had local police show up at our house in the 70's when I was a kid...someone told them about my dad collecting guns and reloading his own ammo. They came out to "look around".

You step out on the porch, close the door behind you and ask them what they want...which is exactly what he did at the time. Anything else, they need a warrant.

My dad was pissed.

How did it go?

Actually I think the one that came out (newbie) ended up getting a reprimand...and another one that he knew on the force apologized. I think they did ask some of his friends about him...which I'm sure wasn't hard, he drank coffee with half the town every morning.

Looking back on it, I have no idea what they thought. :dunno: He was a quiet man, who worked at a flood control dam and had a basement full of gunpowder.

My son once was threatened  with the charge of having a deadly weapon in his car after they saw a hammer on his back seat then used the threat to bully him into letting them search his car,  they could not have charged him but he was just 18 and didn't know any better.  They will always find something to make things difficult for you if you don't Respect  their Authoritah

I can honestly say that in my years, I have had dozens of contacts with police and none of them have been pleasant. I do not give any quarter and I am prepared to go balls to the wall over ANY interaction
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

I've had both good and bad, and a few very confusing ones.
