Which, wolfy, or both? I've heard quite good reports about hydromorphone. And very good ones about oxymorphone, but oxycodone strikes me, and even a guy that used to be/still somewhat is kind of a smackhead, who scored a load of the stuff, complained about it that he didn't like it, well no more than it helped him stay well.
I doubt I'd find it addictive really, other than physically, were it the first and only opioid I had tried/was on. But when I was getting the oxy 80s at least one doc has given me some odd looks because I not only told them i vastly prefer morphine and to be switched to it, and before i got that done, because i went in the very next day after being scripted fentanyl begging for the oxy back instead because that was worse. Neither are QUITE the bottom of the barrel as far as I am concerned, that would be meptazinol or tramadol. Tramadol is just ew, and i can't tolerate meptid unfortunately, (would have been interesting to study it properly in more detail than i did analog and derivatization wise but it RIPS my insides to pieces or feels like it. Like drinking acid.
