O little town of Bethlehem
How still we see thee lie
Above thy deep and dreamless sleep
The silent stars go by
Yet in they dark streets shineth
The everlasting Light
The hopes and fears of all the years
Are met in thee tonight

For Christ is born of Mary
And, gathered all above
While mortals sleep, the angels keep
Their watch of wondering love
O morning stars, together
Proclaim the holy birth
And praises sing to God the King
And peace to men on earth


No i haven't gone all religious.  The lyrics, as sweet as they are,  are included sarcastically.

Hamas fires it's rockets indiscriminately, killing Israeli civilians.   Every so often Israel retaliates.   Spectators on a world stage allow retaliation as long as it is proportionate!      It can never seem proportionate when it is your hospital getting bombed.    So, Hamas sends more rockets... and on and on it goes.

I am not denying Israel shouldn't defend itself,  and i know they have rockets fired at them everyday but i have seen way too many pics of Palestinian children dead, dying or injured.   

It's not just, or fair or war when the majority of casualties are kids.

Making those children so vulnerable,  Hamas use them for cover and the Israeli army don't seem to care if it means killing 10 kids to reach just one Hamas soldier.

The ones that get to grow up will do so with a warped sense of the world.  :thumbdn:

These people are not terrorists.  They are the most vulnerable -  the children, the sick, the disabled, the old.   They have no borders in which to escape to.  They are hemmed into Gaza.  They can't run.
