I should stick a stamp on a card I wrote, and then post it tomorrow.
I should write the dr. appt I made in my diary, so that I won't forget.
I should be filling my washing machine.
And meal planning for tomorrow is not a bad thing either.
Can't get my head around planning for a whole month, even a whole week is too much. I most of the times let the availability of fresh products in our small "super"market decide what will be for dinner. But for tomorrow, I need a cunning plan.

The gift card is one from our TV cable company ($150) for signing with them. I need to activate it and use it before the end of September.
Meal planning is fairly easy for me. I try to follow this pattern for main meals:
Monday and Thursday = beans
Tuesday and Friday = fish
Wednesday and Saturday = chicken
Sunday = alternate beef and pork.
The only slow part is figuring out how I want to use the main ingredient. Sides are usually whatever is around.
I'm trying to figure out how to work a similar pattern for lunches.
