I'm watching a show about cooking and a chef, a New York restaurant owner, is visiting an Tuscan olive oil producer, or better put his grove, and the process of making the oil gets explained.
A little earlier in the show they (couple of chefs) blind tested about 8 different olive oils and found one that stood out but they didn't mentioned the brand's name that 'won', subsequently so.
Which is a shame for I'm kinda looking for a good one myself for a while now. Um, tend to value Spanish olive oils higher than Italian ones myself though.
