It's full of racists, misogynists, bigots, pedophile apologists, contrarinists, conspiracy crackpots, karma-whores, hipsters, Libertarians, college liberals, eugenicists, and all other form of scumbaggery that you might encounter on the Internet. The real offense is that there's hardly any visible dissent from people who have half a fucking brain, due to the way the upvoting system works. It's like the website is manipulating you into being an asshole with all of the civility and proper grammar of the posts. If you want to get away from that on reddit, you have to go to the non-default subreddits and those are a bit of a hassle to find out about. It's far easier for the average person to just get the fuck out of reddit altogether.

TL;DR: Reddit is (hate group who must not be named) 2.0

The only reason I still browse reddit is for their /r/SubredditDrama section, just to see what stupid drama redditors get themselves into next.

Well, that, and /r/FloridaMan for some good laughs every now and then. :green:

The upvote system means the hive mind is in full effect. If you aren't a big believer in the West Coast Liberal Techno Hippie mindset, then don't even go there. Its like living in Silicon Valley/San Francisco/The Bay Area all over again.

Nailed it! I hate the reddit upvote system with a passion. What's even worse is the "hands-off" moderation of especially the biggest subreddits. Meaning that the mods do little to nothing to actually enforce the supposed rules that their subreddit has.

And I hate that little reddit mascot with that huge and smug smile on its face!
