I think that's a good approach to take, that way you're doing what you can to try coax labour to start if she's ready, but you're not going to  cause problems if she isn't.  She has my sympathy I know how uncomfortable the last few weeks can be.
thanks PI.  i will tell her that you sympathize with her.
Misunderstood.

The last 4 weeks of pregnancy are hell.  The last 2 weeks are a worse hell.  The last week is torture plus hell.

The only part I didn't enjoy about all 3 births was the fact that my eldest had such a big head that I was practically begging for an episiotomy.

My brother is a sagittarius. His temper is awful. But I'm not sure wether or not to believe in astrology.

No truth in it at all. There's never been a single proof of it working, ever, but there's plenty of evidence of the contrary.

I disagree. I've studied astrology a long time and most of it tends to be true when it comes to people's personality traits. Horoscopes, on the other hand are usually bull shit.

There's been a number of studies clearly showing that the percentages aren't higher with astrology than with coincidence, but none showing that astrology actually works. Personality traits are usually very subjective because a personality description can be made to fit almost anyone.

If you study the physics behind, the fact of the matter is that the coffee cup in my hand causes more gravitational pull on me than any of the planets, save one. Scientifically, there is no way that the stars or the planets have influence over anyone's personality. Some dead stars, yes, since all heavy metals around us originate from past supernovas, but live ones, nope.

We do agree on horoscopes being bs, though. ;)

I have degrees in physics and astronomy, btw.

You and your physics. No offense to science, but IMO there are some things in life that can't be explained by science.

Did you know that I was able to guess Callaway's sign correctly? I had less than a 10% chance of getting it right, and I did. ;)

As for  "Personality traits are usually very subjective because a personality description can be made to fit almost anyone", all the signs are pretty different and have different combinations of traits. It's really not so general that it could fit "anyone." In addition, the reason why someone's sun sign information might not be 100% correct is because your sun sign is just a summary. If you read where the moon and other planets were, it makes more sense. I've read what it says about all of mine and it fits me to a T.

QC, let's agree to disagree? There's nothing you can say to change my views on this (unless you plan presenting me with a scientifically conducted study that shows me the errors of my ways), and there's probably nothing I can say to change yours. :)

The size of your willy has nothing to do with this thread.  It's about her orgasm, because that is what stimulates her oxytocin production, which will stimulate contractions, and your orgasm, because your semen has prostaglandins which help ripen her cervix.  At least that is how I think sex works.  Are you still naming him Boston?

I saw this and I just had to post it here.

So, what's your sign? You crash here often?
By Naomi Kim

TORONTO, Dec 13 (Reuters Life!) - Never mind how careful you are behind the wheel or how long you've been driving, the signs of the zodiac may be bigger factors behind your ability to avoid car crashes -- or why you have too many.

According to a study by InsuranceHotline.com, a Web site that quotes drivers on insurance rates, astrological signs are a significant factor in predicting car accidents.

The study, which looked at 100,000 North American drivers' records from the past six years, puts Libras (born September 23-October 22) followed by Aquarians (January 20-February 18) as the worst offenders for tickets and accidents

Leos (July 23-August 22) and then Geminis (May 21-June 20) were found to be the best overall.
