Found an easy way to do so...thought I'd share my knowledge with others sense I've spent a lot of time on the net funny the web as a side note dose not have as much of an appeal after a decade of thinking it did weird eh? Anyways, here are the programs that have helped keep this puppy running well...
Defraggler is a great program but you don't need it if you know where to go to defrag your computer still it's nice to have and an easier way to defrag then right click right click blah:
http://www.piriform.com/defragglerCC Cleaner is the bomb, clears eveything from rejrestery junk to cookies and then some, oh even start up nonsense you want gone! I love this program:
