2. planning walking routes (on school days, and not school days)
Do you just plan the routes? Or do you walk them too?
What kind of over eating are you avoiding? Too big portions, or cutting back on inbetween automatic snacks?
I should be doing the latter, again. Lost 10 kg in a year, doing that. I have not gained it back, just stopped losing more, when I gave in to having a snack too often again.
