I'm needing to keep my health in balance, and I'm wanting to make a thread that seems ridcolous, yet may be helpful...

if anyone else needs motivation... use this thread or your own if you want.

I have put on 20kgs in the past 2 years (bloody medication - I think). So maybe I can join your Weight Watchers. The real version is too expensive.

I think a helpful tip would be for you to get some physical activity, Genesis. I seem to remember a conversation we had about you being annoyed your pop wouldn't move a chair off the porch for you? Might be the problem, wouldn't you say?

I have trouble maintaining my weight. ATM its stable ish at 9 stone.  Got the guy who works at a needle exchange I use for fresh rigs and the like give me a ticket to go to this place in town, for a food parcel as I've been losing what little weight I have.
