Lately I am amused by all kinds of programs that promise a total health improvement the easy way.
Like the Paleo diet. Eating the way they did in prehistory. Within the first paragraph, they fuck up already, by proposing a breakfast of eggs, bacon and added protein powder. Sure, caveman had protein powder in his cabinet.
Or another diet, telling not to eat anything my great grandmother would not have recognised as food. So, Quinoa is one of the first healthy things recommended to eat.
Or a diet without almost everything tasty, and then telling not to worry about calcium intake. The water is hard enough to cover all calcium needs.
It's just funny.
