True story on another site, maybe. This is intensity, and when people make an account here they have to agree to some terms. Hell, even bfore they get to the site they have to pass through a "warning" page which is essentially also agreeing to some terms.

I took that as a warning, not an agreement. The only agreement I recal is being over 18, of course I don't tend to read agreements anyways so I could be wrong. I don't remember checking any boxes that said "I read and have accepted the terms"...
