That's the core of my beef here, ASDC was one of the few sites left where you could talk to those people.

But I did not see you talking to these people the last few months. Not even in the shoutbox.

I don't think I saw people posting in that shoutbox that often in general, let alone engaging in full conversations. 

A handful of people was around, till the end. Either in posts or in the shoutbox.
Pappy was not one of them, had not been around for a long time. And now he cries it is gone.
He was not around to try keeping it alive.
So, his cries are meaningless. But his sorrow is inconsolable, no doubt.

I'm not exactly sure but it's probably quite high, considering that half of the AFF community went there and most of them still dwell there as well as a few new folks.
