Oh I am aware. I was being facetious really. Most wouldn't know what to DO with one.
Or have either their own lab, or their father having their own extremely well equipped toolshed (full set of wood and metal-working tools, plus an old, but fully functional capstan lathe...almost certainly pre-WWII as it was old when my father used it in his apprenticeship, plus a sealed electronics room w/ his oscilloscopes, computer, etc. and grounded electronics bench. The sort of power supplies I might work with, if using a pulsed power source are often quite adequate to kill somebody at a fraction of the capacitance; and non-fatal shocks can REALLY hurt.
Having, in childhood ignorance, taken a piss while hiking, not knowing then what a cattle shock fence was, its like getting smacked everywhere at once with a REALLY big buggering sledgehammer, if you have nothing BUT a pair of nadgers to be whacked upside all at once.
