No thanks. I'm glad the neighbourhood is quiet.

My neighborhood is filled with noise!  The guy in the house next door  (not Loud Neighbor,
this is someone entirely different)  started using a  :chainsaw:  at 9 this beautiful Saturday morning.
He is working in his yard, sawing up tree branches.  Lucky for him I wasn't still trying to sleep.  >:D

All right, now there are two chainsaws roaring in the neighborhood.  I can't tell
whether they're both coming from the same yard, but it's like Dueling Banjos, only ... not.

Nothing much is happening outside. I thought there might be a thunderstorm but so far it's very quiet.

Looked up on the hill to spot a groundhog having a nutritious lunch of hostas, followed by a few bites of spiderwort.

They seem to prefer the green hostas over the variegated ones, must taste better. :apondering:

I'm sorry about your plants, but I love groundhogs, I really do!  :green:

  It would take a few deer and about 20 of the little buggers to even make a dent right now, a little pruning nibbling is good and I enjoy watching them.

I cage the baby shrubs/trees until they get bigger, so no harm done.

I never had them eat any of them in my yard,  I only ever saw them eat some of the weeds that are in with the grass

Loud Neighbor ( or some other dude ) is locked out of the building and is pounding on the door and
bellowing for some chick ( the girlfriend? )  to let him in.  My sleep has been disturbed but now I'm
laughing so it's OK.    Edited to add: I'm drowning him out by listening to Darondo.  8)
