They have almost completed this new park along the river. I am holding off visiting it until it is finished.

At the end of my street is Silver Sands State Park which was a garbage dump and beach houses at one time and watching the transformation over the years has been very interesting

Construction on two sides (one with asphalt fumes), two autobody mechanics on another side and squealing freight trains in the background. So when it's in the high 20s with 80% humidity I have to keep the windows closed
