Low iron levels

Were your levels always low, Adam? Some people have lower levels than others, by default. No matter what they do or eat. And what are they comparing your levels to, to the male or the female standard? Women have lower levels, so, that could be a factor to why yours is on the low side, but, you not having real problems with it.

Drink your coffee, thee and milk products between meals. Not with meals. And have vitamin C with every meal you take. Vitamin C helps you to absorb iron.

IMO ALL vegetables are foul beyond any possible way of ingestion. I.....just...can't...; cannot physically force myself to bite, chew OR swallow. No more so than could I jump in bed with some dirty muslim.

I eat as much fruit as I can afford, as well as loving fresh fruit juices *is gulping down icy pineapple juice*

Even if it had affected my health, there would be little I can do about it, other than taking multivitamins.
I CAN'T eat veg, I just cannot do it, I haven't been able to since I was a toddler.

Physically i still feel much better than i used to

my cholesterol is still  high, but has gone down from six point someething to five point something in a couple months

i tried some spinach the other day. it was ok and i will try eating it more.

i dont prepare it. just bought a bag and had it on my desk at work so keot eating some

ive noticed im also starting to eat sjit again tho now im at work. i end up going to the shop and buying crisps and oreo cookies. the crisps are the ones i really need to stop. will have to quit buying them

But I don't have any problem eating people, the ones made out of meat, as long as they are female, autistic, or aspie at a pinch and attractive. (Lestat hopes that didn't sound too...Dahmeresque)
