Found some bruises, and told my daughter I was turning into a smurf. She said she had plenty of bruises too, and was also turning into a smurf. I told her that that was a sad thing indeed, because I don't like smurfs.
I find blue a very difficult colour. Some blues hurt, but, there are some blue shades that are lovely. But, then it is often more headed for teal or a purplish blue. The complementary colour orange, I find that just as difficult as blue. Sometimes it hurts, other shades are great.
That's interesting; never heard that before. How do the colors 'hurt'?
Some oranges and some blues hurt a bit like really really bright light. But with a bit more of a punching sensation added to it. They also disorient me.
Couple of years ago I had to work, as a postie, when lots of houses were decorated with orange flags. (because of football championships) I also had my new uniform, for the first day. The shoulders were in the same shade of orange as the flags. I got very disoriented, and blinded. So, I missed an orange cable on the floor, crossed it the wrong way with my bicycle, and made a nasty fall, resulting in a concussion.
So, even by detour, the orange hurt me.
