Of course those dirty NSA spook rat bastards say only those with something to hide use proxy servers or TOR, implying only wrongdoers, muslim filth, etc. etc. use such technology.
They just want it easier to break into people's private communications. Although these days one must go to some SERIOUS lengths to actually have some uncracked communication. NSA can easily break TOR if used alone, all they need to do is set up their own exit nodes, or crack somebody else's, install a truly undetectable rootkit like blue pill, (a hypervisor level rootkit, although it can only be used on a computer which has hypervisor enabled through the BIOS, once it IS installed however, no malware scanner, no antivirus, no anything on the face of the earth can be capable of detecting it)
Proxy, TOR, exit to proxy chain, VPN for final end to end communication at the minimum. But seriously, having a rule against proxy use is just out of order. People have every right to want privacy.
