I heard Semicolon was on a 2 year mission in Greece looking for a Russian Crime Czar. The Crime Czar apparently wasn't in Greece, yet he was in Sweden.

There was other accusations saying that Semicolon was on a very long holiday. Making trips to United Kingdom, Spain, France, Greece, South Africa, Japan, and the Russian Federation.
Of course the Crime Czar wasn't in the Russian Federation...

Couldn't Semicolon be a part of the Russian Mafiya? Or even The Yakuza, or The Irish Mob? Or even a key witness to the Family Secrets trail in Chicago?
