It's 73F/23C here, overcast.  Should rain later today or definitely tomorrow.  Houston TX is getting pounded and the northern part of Louisiana is also getting some rain.  Looks like we'll escape the worst of it.

Cold, rainy and windy it was during the day. Now, half past six, the wind has tempered and the rain is gone. Weather forecast, just seen on TV, said it is going to be dry for a couple of days, here. It promised some sunshine too.

it's pretty nice now, but around midnight it is going to get frigid and go into the teens. Supposed to get 2-4 inchesby morning.

Same here. Mild for the time of year, but it's supposed to get cold soon. They've been saying that for a while now though, so hopefully they're wrong about it getting cold.
