It is not really cold, but snowing. Near freezing, windy.

The floods have subsided, mostly. There are still a few roads you can not travel, but most of the flooding is done. River is still WAY up.

Light grey skies.. but but but the sun's randomly and briefly peeking through the curtains now and then. T's around 13*C now.
