I am fixing to replace the duct work here. I am pretty sure it is loose at the vents and has holes in it. The mold is in the dirt under the house and is coming up through the vents. I never had this problem before I moved here 6 years ago. there is no mold inside my house as I keep a very clean place. and would have spotted it. But I can smell the dirt. No one else seems to notice it though. drives me nutz. I do have air cleaners in every room.

My former landlady sold her house to another of her tenants 12 years ago, and this tenant had people come in and clean out the ducts. It turns out they had NEVER been cleaned in the 40 years the house had been standing! The workers suctioned 2 bags of crud out of the ducts and then sprayed them with anti-microbial spray. Looking back, I now understand why my allergies were so bad when I lived there. Of course, all the pets didn't help either.  :zombiefuck:

Still fucked but not as bad as yesterday was. It was 102 F at work today. Supposed to be cooling off in the next few days and Autumn will be here soon.  :thumbup:
