Dunno, I think it is cold, but one of my kids was outside in a mini skirt and a sleeveless shirt. The other went out without a coat too.

This was just the bug. I usually do like a bit more warmth than my oldest, but less than the youngest.

Rainy in the morning and very nice in the afternoon. Cool enough to wear a light coat, warm enough to have it open.
