You would have died in our summer just gone. A week of 45°C. oh and half our fucking state burnt down too.

That's 113°F.  That's hot.

Wow, it never gets that hot where I live, but it gets hotter than that in Phoenix.

Here in Victoria it's a lot like California. They say that because of the gold rush days, they decided to look around here because the landscape is similar and they were right. Or something like that.
