It's beautiful here today.  76° Fahrenheit (24° Celsius) with a few clouds.  It was a little cooler in the mountains, maybe around 70° F.

9.2C, grey and spitting.  My pond is down to 8.1C; I'm considering covering it with polythene to make it into a mini-greenhouse and keep the fish a little warmer over the winter, but it would stop me from viewing the fish and wouldn't look too great.

Damn, it's cold out there. Thirty eight degrees Fahrenheit feels pretty good in early spring, but like poison to me in early fall.
