20.9°C and sunny at 3:40pm. We may get some rain early next week. We went 5mms over the record for rain in October.

Our most common local wasps and hornets build colonies underground and are out very late into any warmth of days still to come. Consistent cold will stay them below ground for a few months, but that will not be until near solstice, here.

Rainy or misty all week.

SHIT!  Even our football team couldn't get away from it. They went to San Francisco last Sunday and it rained like hell there, too. :lol1:

We get floods, where tended, but we really need the rain to bring up the reservoirs again. Makes for a really late coloring of leaves, though. Well past the average "peak color" date, but trees are just now beginning to color nicely.
