The storms predicted yesterday, never happened.  Sunny, dry and pleasantly cool with a nice breeze today.  Seacoast NH FB page is predicting a good soaking in a few days.  Praise the Nimon!

It's the price we pay for living up here. OTOH, our winters are usually mild - we actually didn't have one the last time around according to meteorologists.

No reason why warmer weather can't find its way back, though. September can sometimes be very nice.

I love the fall. But we're not there yet.  :P Currently 25*C at just past 10pm and thunderstorms with wind warnings due to hit in about 90 mins. Given that part of my house has no insulation in the roof, it gets quite loud. I love it though. I'm a sucker for a good light show.

I don't mind cold winters. I've known Brits and Russians and Canadians who complain about the cold here in Sydney because we generally don't have proper heating in public places and transport and homes.

Today was sunny and 24 Celsius. And it's still the t aim end of winter. Spring is here early.
