It's just below freezing, here, with highs expected to be in the upper thirties. Tomorrow we should reach the upper forties. The soil is still frozen. I'm having a difficult time digging a doggie grave. I've only reached about six inches and it's still ice, I'm chipping away at.

Thanks. We are managing to manage, but the ground is a bitch, right now. Last week was lifting shovelfuls of snow and ice, UP enough to make a certain set of muscles very sore. This week it's the opposite set of muscles getting sore from swinging a pick-axe DOWN, breaking the frozen clay soil. I can only go so long before I have to take a break. I'm a wimp.

We have actually had rain in the last two days. It was in the low twenties when I was out for a walk this morning, but it is supposed to get to the forties again, today. Then cold again, tomorrow, with more snow coming.

It's 2-3 inches of snow and fucking rain. I wish the snow hadn't bothered to show up at all. Wet snow is even worse than winter rain.  :(

Beautiful blue skies, puffy clouds, bright sunshine, but cold. It's about twenty four degrees Farenheit, right now, and it should reach the low forties. It's supposed to warm up, a little, before the weekend.

Ouch!  That's hot!  43 degrees Celsius is 109.4 degrees Fahrenheit.  Does it often get this hot in the summer where you live in Australia?

Sounds like Sweden or like Sweden used to be. We have more and more rainy winters snd hotter and hotter summers, though.

I don't think the summers are milder in Sweden, though. We rarely have above 30C/85F here.
