about 90 degrees today, 85 tomorrow. High of 60 degrees friday with rain

So many times we in the South stop thinking of hurricanes once they've passed us.  I remember reading somewhere, years ago, that Hurricanc Betsey was a recognizable weather system until it fizzled out in Siberia.

it's been cold for a week. I had to get the winter blanket out. This isnt normal. we should have another month of warm weather.

Ja, what to say? Weather has its own mind, it seems. Also think predicting the weather can't be done very accurate for more than a couple of days. Well, in whimsical weathered Holland that is. Other places can have way more stable weather.
