58F/14C overnight, very foggy this morning, but only slight rain during the night.

Ate lunch on the patio with wife and daughter. "Wife eating!"  A very good sign of recovery from life threatening septic shock syndrome, as we have fought in the past two weeks.

I'm calling it one of the best days in a long time.

Almost noon and 70F/21C with a light breeze and beautiful decorative clouds all dotting around a deep blue sky. Wonderful fall-like weather!

Obviously, Indian(a) Summer is yet to arrive.

... but this year we have had substantial rains when the trees needed it most and fall colors should be great this year.

52F/11C and clear.  Very nice day stacking up. Might hit 80F later today, but a cool start.

Absolutely fabulous rain, just pouring straight down for the past hour.  Heavy to light to heavy again.
Still raining, but now some wind and lightning and thunder. Making a statement!
Warm. 72F/22C.  A little more wind kicking up.

Kind of an odd day. About 65F/18C now near sundown, Been a little sprinkly most of the day, but no real rain like the past few days.
I've worn a hoody all day. It has been a bit chilly.
Supposed to rain more in the next few hours.

16.9°C and cloudy and really, really windy at 8:50am. It was so windy last night that I thought the new fence frame would be blown over. But it's still standing. Something next door kept slamming, don't know what. And leaves blew in through the hole in our backdoor flywire.

15.8°C and cloudy at 11:15am. It hasn't rained since last night when I was coming home from work. I've wanted to do some washing but it appears that my best bet is to do it on Saturday.

65F/18C at 11AM. Last cool day for a while though. Looks like the forecast predicts upper 80sF for about a week, starting tomorrow. Rain seems to be done for a while, too.

That's Ok, I suppose. According to the Almanac, we are no longer in a drought due the extended rains we've had for a couple of weeks, thankfully.
This will help fall colors and the ponds surrounding our neighborhood are way high right now. Herons, ducks and geese seem happy and the frogs and toads are still singing every night.

17.0°C and it's just stopped raining at 11:10am. Bureau of Meteorology says it's rained a lot less than I thought it had.

52F/11C when I first peaked out this morning, a little rain overnight.
Nothing like the night before when it stormed a bit and dropped three inches closing some streets and knocking dead wood out of big trees.
Just means more free barbeque wood sitting by the side of the roads.

Very pleasant right now, bright sun, clear skies, 61F/16C after 9AM.
