10C or so, wet, grey, miserable. And we just switched to Standard Time so it gets darker earlier. I fucking hate that.

Had an experience I've always wanted.  Wednesday night Hurricane Zeta hit New Orleans.  Part of the eye passed over my neighborhood.  It was as awesome as people say. Gradual calming to a silence which lasted for about 5 minutes.  Then the winds quickly roared back at full force.
