An inch of sleety snow has fallen in the last hour.  Making my decision to call out from work easier to bear.  By my normal end work time it would have been hellish to drive home and make it up the hilly driveway from hell.  No regrets.

Got about 5-6 inches of snow last night, and it's light snowing now and expected to continue all day.  Another belt of heavier snow is expected tonite.  OY

We got a huge hit of massively warm southern winds late in the week and so only a smattering of snow today. All gone, now.

Not going much above freezing for the day and the rain has stopped. Not a bad day at all.

Just above freezing with incredibly dark and dismal skies. Dry, though, no more snow.
Looks like winter may arrive early.

34.4°C and sunny at 1:55pm. I can't wait for the weekend when it's predicted to be 25°C maximum both days. There might even be some rain on Saturday. The house is getting too hot to be comfortable except for directly in front of a fan.

Way warmer than yesterday. Yesterday was the first day so far that I couldn't keep my fingersw arm outside. (Thick fog, around zero, colder and dry does feel way less cold.)

Warmish, today, clear skies, windy. Very nice day.

But, some really cold stuff is headed our way.  Fortunately we are south of the foot of snow weather, but the arctic blast headed our way could go all the way to the Gulf coast by late next week.
