This isn't interesting, but I'm pretty proud of myself so I'm telling you all

I don't eat McDonalds or anything like that anymore, haven't had chinese for ages, I eat plenty of fruit, I have breakfast every day, I've cut down loads on crisps and almost cut out sweets altogether

I also hardly ever drink fizzy stuff anymore, except when I'm out. And I drink lots of water and smoothies

Again, I'm sure none of you really care, but I'm pretty much 100 times healthier than I was before haha :indeed:

I've also been working out a little. Although I'm still skinny as fuck.

I think I'm destined to be skinny as fuck forever though, so might have to resign myself to my fate.

Good on you :2thumbsup: I hate to preach, but it is important to try to eat some fruit or veg every day. I like the Tropicana fruit juice from the supermarket. Its got quite high calories, so it should help build weight, and it also is supposed to give you one of your recommended 5 fruit or veg per day. And it tastes lovely and comes in all sorts of lovely flavours.

I would think that the bits in the juice are healthier, but I dunno.

I do know what you mean about struggling to add healthy stuff to your diet. Ive been having a similar issue myself recently, as Im making a big effort to be more healthy.
I've found that the best thing is to knida sneak the healthy stuff into my diet, without my brain noticing.
I usually have a nice big piece on roast beef, ham, or chicken, for my breakfast. Ive found that I can sneak salad onto it really easily, without making it taste crap. TBH, my aunt makes it for me :-[ but she puts a lot of lettuce, onions, and chives on it. No salad dressing, and no strong tasting veg. I enjoy it.
I have a large glass of Tropicana, and then I try to eat two pieces of fruit throughout the rest of the day. That gives me 4 of my recommended 5 a day, and I figure thats close enough.

I love veggies, only certain fruits though. Cherries and blueberries are my favorites.

Don't worry about being skinny.  Someone who is healthy and thin is more attractive than a guy who is unhealthy and bulky.

  Better to be skinny ( or wiry, :zawik:  since you work out! ) than to be uncomfortably heavy!
