I've developed a taste for hot chilli peppers. The hotter the better

The hottest I can easily buy here are habaneros, but I bought lots of seeds from ebay, and I'm going to try to grow them in the summer. I have Carolina Reapers, Scotch Bonnet, Jalapinos, and lots of different types of habaneros.
Capsaicum, the substance that makes peppers hot, tastes awesome. Healthwise, it's also a bit of a wonder food. Benefits supposedly include, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, reduces the risk of certain cancers, weight loss, prevent stomach ulcers, and lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Capsaicum also causes our bodies to release endorphins, making us happy.
So, if y'all wanna be happy and awesome, start eating chili peppers
