I drink Tropicana too!
I just have the normal orange ones though. The ones with bits in, coz that's supposed to be healthier?
I'm getting a lot of good stuff from my drinks. but kind of struggling with the food. I've cut out most of the crap, but finding it hard to add good stuff to my diet.
I have tried vegetables, but fucking hell they taste awful.
I would think that the bits in the juice are healthier, but I dunno.
I do know what you mean about struggling to add healthy stuff to your diet. Ive been having a similar issue myself recently, as Im making a big effort to be more healthy.
I've found that the best thing is to knida sneak the healthy stuff into my diet, without my brain noticing.
I usually have a nice big piece on roast beef, ham, or chicken, for my breakfast. Ive found that I can sneak salad onto it really easily, without making it taste crap. TBH, my aunt makes it for me
but she puts a lot of lettuce, onions, and chives on it. No salad dressing, and no strong tasting veg. I enjoy it.
I have a large glass of Tropicana, and then I try to eat two pieces of fruit throughout the rest of the day. That gives me 4 of my recommended 5 a day, and I figure thats close enough.
