About the age, IQ and VQ are right, 11 year olds can look very mature. Size D for 12 year olds isn't a big exception any more.

Don't understand the tasering though. Why not wait with using the taser till there is actual threat of physical abuse by the person approached by the police. Why start with the assumption the girl is up to no good, when they could have started with the assumption the girl could be in need of help. Drugged naked woman could easily be a rape case too.

But I don't need them. I have a rifle and a shotgun. I've been trained by the military to use weapons and take down an aggressive person without them.

Just the other day I read about some cop shooting a bunch of kittens in front of some little kids, telling them he was "sending them to kitty heaven". yeeeeah. There needs to be some kind of accountability for these knuckleheads, but how would we go about doing that? What or who do law enforcement branches report to? The state?

That cop was a criminal

The last time a deputy walked in my door

He came in with weapon drawn (was not requested to my place of business).

For no reason, other than they know I am armed.

That was 3 years ago.

Made up of officers from city, county and state groups

Called the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force

Who are responsible to no one

I swear they are not even responsible to the state

They do mostly drug and gang cases

I was just going to post the same. It's going to change to what it is like in Europe.

In Europe you can't protect yourself with a gun you own legally except in the Czech Republic and maybe Switzerland. You can't legally carry it publically or have it at your workplace. The only way to protect yourself with a gun is in your home, and even there it is questionable if you won't get prosecuted yourself, since you must have the gun locked up unloaded in a safe. In Sweden the circumstances must be very extreme for a court judging that you had a legal right to defend yourself with a gun.
