My guess is not less than a million more years barring a huge asteroid strike or Toba + size eruption.

A million years is relatively young. I can see that happening, Where is Toba? personally. I think A disease will decimate most of the population but wont totally kill everyone

It is a caldera lake in Sumatra Richard. http://volcano.oregonstate.edu/toba The site of the largest eruption since well before homo sapiens existed.
