I have had many dealings with kids with Rectal gouging for work... It was never pretty!

One of them was artistic with his excrement, all over the walls and floors of the toilet room, celtic/tribal patterns... he was 5! it was pretty cool but it stank to high heaven!

Makes sense that that happens at the left side of your body. That's where the waitingroom for the exit is.

can you draw us a diagram?

And, for you this is a great opportunity to try reading it out loud in Dutch too. 

Most of 6 is at the left of the body, the 'end' of six is at the left of the body. Even when on the right of the drawing.
