Yes, My mother is always diagnosing everyone with everything. There's bound to be someone in my family or someone she knows with the same problem.

But it is better to need to use a plunger than doing a few rock hard pebbles every 3 weeks, If that is the case i'm surprised you aren't dead.

What are you eating and how much water are you drinking?  If you eat more high fiber foods and drink enough water to compensate for the increased fiber, then your poops should hold more water, be softer and smaller in diameter.  There are some other more rare conditions that could be affecting your stool transit time and causing constipation, such as an underactive thyroid, but from what you are saying this is not a long-standing problem.

Other people live in apartment complexes with crappy plumbing and they don't have to plunge their toilets all the time because their gigantic poops are not clogging them.  How big are your poops?  Do they hurt you when they come out?  If they do, then there is an over the counter stool softener called Colace, which might help as well.  There is also Metamucil and Benefiber, which you could try.  Also you could try eating prunes or drinking prune juice.  My daughter takes a prescription stool softener called Miralax, which helps her.  She has a similar problem.

I had to plunge the toilet quite a few times when my daughter was younger, and I did not know that her huge toilet-clogging poops were not normal until I asked her doctor about it.  When he x-rayed her abdomen, her intestines were packed with stool, which is not normal, even though she was pooping huge poops every day.  Since we have been treating her problem, we only have to plunge toilets because she sometimes uses huge amounts of toilet paper, not because her poops are clogging them.

My daughter used to have that problem, I called it colon busters, seriously, such a skinny kid with huge hard shits!  Plugged toilets on a daily basis.   We now make sure that she gets her veggies as much as possible and drinks her fluids!  Try drinking V8 juice with every meal at least it tastes better than metamucil or that other fiber shit!
