3 college idots on Jeopardy
« on: May 16, 2013, 08:47:32 PM »
All 3 of them missed an easy final question. the category is 20th Century Presidents.

These 2 men served first as vice president, then president, consecutively but in reverse order of their VP terms.

OK, this was the 3 finallists in the tournament, they're certainly not dumb. How did they all miss such an easy question??

First of all, it's an answer, not a question.
Secondly, I can't figure out the answer.  I'd guess one is Nixon, but the other would be Truman?   :dunno:

Good guess!!!

You're right about Nixon but since their Pres. terms were the reverse order, that would make it L.B.J.

They were vice presidents back to back AND presidents back to back.

Okay, I get the VP to President, but the reverse order thing is throwing me.

Eisenhower & Nixon
Kennedy & Johnson
Johnson & no one (assassination successor)
Nixon & Agnew ? ? ? ? ?

How is this reverse order?
